So far I'm finding learning bash programming vastly useful. Expressions I didn't understand in the C programming language are becoming a lot clearer as I practice bash programming. Perhaps all I needed was to hit a little closer to home, and bash programming with its roots in Linux commands was perhaps all I really needed. The lesson here? Never give up trying because you never know when you might come across something that will help make things a lot clearer for you. :)
